Best Chocolate Fudge

Tinkering around with all of my favourite things and this came out of the freezer!

Just the easiest, most decadent treat of all time. No baking, no fussing just melt and tip. And lick your lips it’s a goodie!

 

Ingredients

  • 250g Cashew Butter (1 medium jar)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup 100% chocolate (use other if you prefer)
  • 4 tbsp rice syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat groats

Melt everything, bar the cranberries and buckwheat in a small saucepan whisking to combine.

Pour into a lined 8″ x 6″ tray. Sprinkle over the cranberries and the buckwheat groats and freeze.

Slice into small 1″ squares and eat immediately. They keep for up to a month in the freezer, and should live there until serving. They melt at room temp.
