A totally delicious, creamy, dreamy filling pot full of brain boosting greatness and energy for days. It’s as versatile as can be too.
An instant breakfast from the fridge, or a filling afternoon snack, we have these for pudding as well they taste so good.
- 1 Cup Oats
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter (soft)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Cup almond milk
- pinch sea salt flakes
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
Place all the ingredients into a 500ml jar/pot and stir together, tasting for required sweetness.
Leave for at least 2 hours, better overnight, and fine up to 24hrs to soak up the flavours and juices.
When serving add more milk as needed for texture desired. Scatter over extra sunflower seeds and drizzle with more almond butter.
