Perfect party food, my kids devour these too and they’re full of minerals and protein.
These couldn’t be easier, taste delicious, look lovely and you can make them ahead and warm them up as you need them.
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp oat milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- pinch sea salt
- smoked salmon
- creme fraiche/ coconut yoghurt to garnish
Pour the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Crack the egg into the middle and whisk together slowly adding the milk until finished.
Add the salt and dill and combine.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour teaspoonfuls into the hot pan, turning as they start to dry and bubble.
