Raw Chocolate Orange Iced Brownies

When you want a gooey chocolate hit, without waiting for baking or fussing, these are just the ultimate. They’re sticky and so chocolatey with a proper zesty orange kick that cuts through the richness, and means you can eat more.

Be afraid, they are incredibly addictive.


  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 2 oranges, zest, 1 orange, juice
  • 1 1/2 cups dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cacao/cocoa powder

Blitz ingredients for brownies in magimix until it forms a sticky ball. Flatten into a baking tray and freeze while you make frosting.



  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 4 tbsp rice syrup
  • 3tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Blitz all in processor until soft and icing like. Spread over brownies.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
