- 1 Cup Almonds
- 600 ml filtered water
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- Optional dash of maple syrup or honey to taste
Soak the almonds in twice their volume of water overnight.
Rinse them well. Blend for a few minutes with filtered water and salt in powerful blender. Scrape seeds from pod and add.
Pour the milk into a glass bottle with the empty vanilla pod to infuse.
Add honey/maple syrup to taste.
