Winter Red Cabbage Slaw


  • 1 small Red Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ยผ fennel bulb shaved finely
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • ยผ Cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Chop the cabbage into quarters and remove the solid middle. Slice very finely.

In a mug or jar whisk together the dressing ingredients, and pour over the cabbage and fennel. Toss thoroughly to combine. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and parsley over the top and serve.
